Express Credit Motors is a fast growing used car dealership located in downtown San Jose has immediate opening for the following position Collection /Admin Bi-lingual (Spanish )
JOB DUTIES:
-Perform customer collection calls daily and follow up calls
-Perform data entry daily
-Provide support to office staff
-Manage multiple office office tasks
-Maintain front office.
-Perform related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bi-lingual( Spanish)
- Collection experience
- Data entry experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent customer service skills and demeanor
-Must be organized and attention to details
-Fast learner and able to work independently
-Computer literate
-Valid driver's license and clear driving record required
