The part-time Event Coordinator supports course related processes and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate has five years office and organizational experience, is a great communicator, efficient multi-tasker, and embodies a service-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
- Concise communication, both written and verbal
- Passion for attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Common sense and impeccable, professional demeanor
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and internet platforms; knowledge on MAC and Adobe Suite is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 5 years business working experience
