Fast past moving company is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Account Coordinator.
In this role, the Account Coordinator will be responsible for but not limited to:
Data Entry into Google Sheets/Excel Sheets/Good Drive reports
Verify shipments being received in the warehouse and update systems with finals
FRCA Storage Admin - Create Storage Accounts / Close Storage Accounts
Billing and Invoicing for FRCA storage accounts; follow up on Invoices Pending
Update FRCA Storage Report
Calendar Storage Visits and Notate storage accounts with updates
Dispatch Admin – Assist by preparing contracts & labels for the jobs
Scan in contracts and save documents to files
Warehouse Location Admin - Update shipment locations into google sheets
Trailer Trips – reviews schedule, add to calendar, update internal departments and bill final loads/unloads, add notes to system for released shipments. Close SIT Accounts
Facility Reports – Update Shipping / Receiving Reports
Billing: Military; International; LD; Corporate accounts – assist with preparing invoices to internal depts.
Finance Reports: Assist with Refund Requests, Expenses, Closed Claims; Penske Fleet Reservation and charges; etc.
Research and coordinate between SF & LA branches as needed
Maintain and uphold policies and procedures
