Employer has a regular housekeeper and a part-time AA who manages bills and accounts.
Candidates must be able to read and understand cursive, safely lift 30 pounds, and have a current clean CA driver’s license.
Full-time position available immediately. Hours: generally regular weekday hours with flexibility for periodic evenings and weekends. Standard benefits. Salary commensurate with experience and skills

Job Responsibilities
Composing, taking dictation for, proof-reading and editing emails, written correspondence and other documents.
Answering phones, transcribing phone messages, updating and maintaining contact lists, password books, maintaining office and household equipment and inventory.
Monitoring and responding to emails, preparing meeting agendas,
Filing, faxing and copying electronic and written materials
Maintaining employer’s schedule and calendars (personal & professional)
Arranging transportation and travel
Monitoring critical deadlines and requirements for Employer’s professional licenses/certification.
Monitoring and documenting IT work plan goals, progress and system operational information
Organizing, cataloguing and maintaining and/or identifying for donation employer’s personal and professional libraries, collections and archives (analog, digital, multimedia)
Recruitment and hiring of additional support staff as needed (e.g., writer, handyperson, IT technician)
Organizing and maintaining Employer’s medical records, house remodel/sale documents, and other documents
Internet research
Running Errands, light housekeeping and food preparation
Required skills, experience and attributes
Previous experience (min 3 years) in a C level executive or high-level administration management position
BA/BS
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office(e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) internet research
