Executive/Personal Assistant to Founders of a YC Startup

We're the founders of a fast growing YC-backed startup in the fashion technology space. We work a ton, and are looking for someone to help make our lives more sane. This opportunity will give you unique exposure to the early stages of a fast-growing startup with room for growth. What you'll do:

Startup founder assistance:

- Provide core admin support: manage email inbox, calendar, and team communications

- Triage and respond to issues brought to our attention

- Assist with travel arrangements

- Ordering lunch and other ad-hoc tasks

Life management:

- Manage errands and schedule appointments

- Assist with personal support staff searches

- Plan travel itineraries

- Organize fun events for friends!

Position details:

- Pay will be $35 an hour, 12 to 20 hours per week to start with the possibility of more, flexible scheduling. Your time will be divided between work you do at our office in SOMA, stuff you do on your own, calls, and occasionally in-person at my home in Hayes Valley.

- Your role is likely to evolve. Maybe you'll find you have a talent for operations and grow into Chief of Staff! Or you find your being the world's most amazing EA and expand to full-time with broader responsibilities.

You're perfect if you:

- Are obsessively detail oriented, organized, flexible, and resourceful

- Are a good writer and can spot a typo from 50 feet away

- Are good at at independent problem solving, not just going for the fast or easy solution

- Are in the San Francisco area and have a car

Requirements:

- Have previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Proficient in technology, including Google Sheets, Slack, and Zoom

- Have a Bachelor's Degree
