YOU MUST HAVE automotive and body shop experience for this position. Using CCC or Mitchell Estimating and familiar with insurance repairs is a huge help to our business.
Our professional and busy family owned auto body repair shop is looking for a very friendly, self motivated Multi tasker. We compensate well for the right multi tasker. You would wear a lot of hats. We are a busy and professional shop that is in need of an experienced CCC user and estimator, great with customer service and sales, and familiar with Accounts receivable and office coordination a plus.
We are looking for a candidate who would like to be part of our family/team environment and is great at jumping in where needed. This position has a focus on assisting with projects and insurance and claim related duties as well as repair estimate assistance. Must be customer centric and friendly with a good work ethic, reliable and quick decision maker.
This multi-duty position includes but not limited to:
Using CCC and/or Mitchell Estimating systems and comfortable writing an estimate.
Checking in parts and payment upon delivery.
Greeting customers and assisting admin in business related tasks and projects.
Creating and coordinating insurance and repair claims and files and or assisting with supplements as needed.
Attending to phone system and walk in customer requests, emails and simple office duties to keep the business running smoothly.
Assisting front office and technicians in repair plan needs and communication.
Basic billing, accounts receivable, and credit reconciliation a plus.
Growth, training and education are offered.
Must be reliable and work closely with small team.
Compensation:
$28+/ hour or higher starting depending on experience
Commission for writing/booking estimates.
9 paid holidays per year

Hours:8am-4:15pm Mon-Fri.
Flexible depending on work load average of 35-38 hours per week.
