Experienced Receptionist/Office Assistant (Downtown Oakland)

We are a woman-owned Tax and Financial Services Firm who forges long-term relationships with our diverse clientele by blending expert financial and tax services with strategic planning and consultation.

Position:

We are seeking a full-time receptionist/office assistant to work starting January 20, 2025 from 9:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday and some Saturday.

Clerical & office duties include but are not limited to:

- Front office support - greeting clients, answering phones & managing the calendar

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, e-mails and faxes

- Light data entry

- Filing & copying

- Office maintenance including trash, recycling, shredding, watering plants and stocking supplies

Candidate Qualifications:

- Self-sufficient person able to work with minimal supervision and frequent interruptions in a fast-paced environment

- Friendly, outgoing and professional in manner and appearance

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Practice Management Office Tools program a plus

- A high level of confidentiality is necessary for this position.
