We are a not-for-profit organization located in Redwood City. We are looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator Monday through Thursday (8:30 am – 2:30 pm) and Friday (8:30 am – 1:00 pm).

As Front Office Coordinator, you will:
Greet and check in clients
Organize and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and email.
Support remote staff
Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies and testing materials.
Format, email, and mail client reports.
Run credit cards, assist in accounts receivable and payables
Prepare client files
Run general office errands
Handle all incoming phone calls including completing new client intake forms.
Provide general office support to staff.
Coordinate and assist in office events for staff.
General housekeeping of lobby and office area.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math computation skills a must
Strong organizational skills
Experience in customer service
Ability to multitask
Excellent written, oral and phone communication
Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
High energy, creative individual who enjoys working with children, adults, staff and planning office events.
