We are a busy Executive Office Suites Building looking for a Part-time, Morning Shift, 7:30AM - 12:30PM
Lobby Receptionist, $20/Hr, Paid Holidays.
Job Qualifications:
Strong Ability to multitask required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Professional and friendly attitude
Outgoing and approachable
Experience with multi-line switchboard phone
Strong work ethic, ability to take initiative and follow through
Reliable and on-time
Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Duties:
Answering multi-line switchboard phone
Transferring Calls
Welcoming and greeting all visitors
Announcing all visitors
Handling packages and mail
Maintaining lobby, break room, and conference room cleanliness
Assisting with administrative projects
Booking conference rooms
