Being able to communicate and respond in Spanish to employees/customers
Greet employees
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Take inventory orders/ manage shipments
Answer and route incoming calls in friendly manner
Customer service experience
Stay up to date with work
Update schedules and estimates
Proficiency with Apple computers
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal skills
Fast learner
