HVAC Installation and Sales Coordinator

We're a blue-collar service-based company and we're looking to add to our office team as our company is growing. We're in search of a dispatch/ customer service representative who will complement our existing team.

Requirements:

Five years of dispatching experience

Five years of customer service experience

MUST:

Be able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment

Be able to meet specific deadlines

Be versatile and able to help where needed, when needed

Be organized and ability to work independently

Have professional phone skills

Have energetic personality

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Schedule and coordinate install schedule with clients.

- Capture all information from the sales department for current and upcoming installation jobs.

- Update and maintain schedule board with all sold jobs, communicate scheduling issues with other departments including sales.

- Confirm with warehouse that all equipment and material is ready and staged for the installation.

- Keep clients up to date on job status and install progression within a timely manner.

- Check paperwork and schedule any punch lists or uncompleted items.

- Follow-up with client to confirm job completion and satisfaction, within three days of job completion.

- Return customer calls in a timely manner, resolving open issues in a fast and efficient manner etc.

- Make sure that all jobs have permits, as needed, and the inspections are called in timely. Confirm all permit paperwork is properly given to the customer.

- Make sure that all jobs have Title 24 testing, as needed, and the inspections are called in timely. Make sure all Title 24 certifications are properly given to the customer.

- Complete paperwork for job two days after the job is complete and give job folder to the Operations Manager

- Schedule subcontractors as needed to close out installation jobs.

- Know the whereabouts and progress of the crew daily.

- Participate in installation meetings monthly.

- Maintain Installation Technician Dashboard report on a weekly basis.

- Additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
