Looking for a reliable office administrative assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and return client phone calls.
Answer and call financial companies for client’s file.
Schedule appointments. Remind clients of upcoming appointments.
Input or update client's contact information.
Process client file and scan paperwork.
Skills/Requirements:
Candidate should be able to speak Vietnamese and English.
Fast learner. Able to adapt, retain knowledge, and follow instructions.
Comfortable with MS Word, and MS Excel.
Being a team player is a must
Organized consistent, and dependable.
Excellent client-facing, phone, and communication skills.
Respect and protect client privacy.
Able to prioritize, multi-task, and handle the busy tax season.
Benefits:
$20 an hour base on experience and job schedule.
