Office Assistant / Secretary

We are currently looking to hire a person with knowledge of QuickBooks, reconciling, and able to handle AP/AR. Time keeping for payroll is required.

You will be required to contact customers and vendors. We are a small business looking to add a team member to join our family business. Will need you to run errands and answer phones to customers.

This is a part time with option to full time option. Would prefer someone upbeat, with a great attitude, and be able to bring added value to our office.

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Job Type: Part-time

Monday -Friday

Hours: 9AM- 3:30PM (6 hours with 30 minute lunch & 15 minute break.)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22-25 an hour

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 Hrs. per day
