Rayne Water of San Jose is seeking to fill a position for an organized, reliable and self-motivated Admin employee to be an integral part of our expanding force in the San Jose/ Bay area.
The Office assistant individual will also ensure delivery of exceptional service through efficient and accurate handling of telephone customer service calls. This position addresses customer concerns, sets appointments for the service department and handles all administrative functions associated with these tasks. This position assists the Office Manager with various projects such as preparing the service schedules, organizing customer payments and routing deliveries as well.
Responsibilities:
Set appointments with customers for the service department from inbound calls.
Initiate outbound calls with the purpose of setting appointments as requested.
Assist with administrative duties as necessary.
Ensure that proper forms, policies and procedures are followed.
Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager and Office coordinator on short notice.
Assist in AR/AP duties as needed
Requirements:
Friendly and positive and phone aptitude
Must be dependable and reliable.
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
