Part -Time Administrative Assistant, General Bookkeeper

Duties include:

Filing (physical and digital)

Light data entry, good with numbers

Managing phone calls (if any)

Office inventory tracking

Keeping the office clean and organized

Requirements:

Must have car to run errands (mileage paid)

Must have morning availability

Previous admin/office experience is a plus!

Must own a smartphone and know how to use it

Basic computer and bookkeeping skills

Strong attention to detail

Able to work independently

Schedule: 20-30 hours a week, some flexibility with days and times
