Administrative Assistant / Scheduler
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Team!
The main job responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to assist the team with the daily operation of the company. You are expected to work in a fast paced environment doing multiple tasks.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of related work experience
Excellent communication skills preferably English and Tagalog
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Good organization and time management skills
Ability to maintain files with strict confidentiality
