Property Maintenance business is looking for a data entry or billing specialist for our property maintenance system, Rent Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in reconciliation of work orders and confirmation that all hours and billing are properly recorded for each job assignment.
Create and distribute monthly invoices.
A working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office is required.
Knowledge of Rent Manager or other property management software or database experience is a plus.
Experience/Familiarity with construction or maintenance operations is a plus.
Part-time position with full remote status possible. Office operations are near the UC campus in Berkeley. Compensation is hourly, based on experience, starting at $27/hour. Current estimate is approx 20 hours per month but potential to increase.
