Our client, a global alternative asset management firm, is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition and client teams in their SF office for an open-ended assignment. The hours are 9-5 (flexibility to extend as needed) and this role is in the office 3 days per week with 2 days from home. Must have flexibility to come in additional days as needed Monday is a mandatory office day.Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of candidate scheduling, providing timely process management and high-quality candidate experience; this involves complex scheduling both in-person and virtualManage candidate travel booking, itineraries, and expense reimbursementsLead coordination for searches, including scheduling kick-off calls, regular status update call series, and managing candidate trackersSupport recruiters in candidate pipeline movement, collecting feedback and managing next stepsManage the full recruiting process in the Greenhouse recruiting database. Coordinate position specifications, scorecards, data entry, status updates, interviewer feedback, etc.Pull weekly recruiting reportsProvide additional recruiting administrative support, such as organization of search materials, job descriptions, and retainer informationManage recruiting email box, responding to inquiries in a professional mannerCoordinate and execute events across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equity & InclusionShowcase the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism by maintaining composure under pressureConduct work and projects in a proactive manner, and guard confidential information with the utmost care Qualifications:Bachelor's degree2+ years of administrative experience in recruiting or other HR function involving high-volume scheduling and database managementAble to build strong relationships and good rapport with candidates, clients, and colleaguesMaintains the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all recruiting information and dataDevelops and implements process improvementsExceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsComfortable collaborating with all levels of an organization, receiving and providing complex and confidential informationProactive, humble, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities on a tight timelineExceptional organizational skills and high attention to detailStrong work ethic and sense of urgencyStrong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate crisply and clearlyA positive interpersonal problem-solving approach and a "can do" attitudeWillingness to work hard, be responsive, and manage projects outside of core skill set "comfort zone Compensation:Hourly up to $35/hrBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
