Agriculture / Weights & Measures is currently seeking a talented Administrative Coordinator!
Starting salary up to $43.35/hour ($90,476/year) and a competitive total compensation package!
The Position
The Administrative Coordinator will be the primary executive support for the department head and will supervise three office support staff. This position will be responsible for supporting the department with all document and workflow needs. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will design and create forms, functional reports, complex documents, remediate documents for ADA accessibility and web publishing, design, update, and maintain the department’s website. You will create efficient online workflow tools to facilitate excellent customer service. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects, plan, track, implement and meet overlapping deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong strive for quality of work, be eager to learn, and possess many of the following:
Excellent Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Ingeniux CMS skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
The ability to strategically plan and anticipate long term impacts
Superb organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
Experience updating and managing website content
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work with others at a wide range of levels, both internally and externally
The ability to shift gears quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Possess emotional intelligence, a positive attitude and the ability to motivate staff
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
