This is a full-time, in office, position for a graphic designer/marketing coordinator to create visual concepts to communicate information about commercial real estate for sale and for lease. You will need to create everything from property information flyers/brochures, reports, postcards, presentation & marketing materials, and other digital marketing products using Company templates and forms. A working knowledge of Constant Contact, MailChimp, You Tube Channels, and similar email marketing platforms is required.
The person in this position is required to have advanced experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator) and Photoshop in a MS Windows based environment; along with a working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, MS Publisher and Powerpoint. The ability to annotate jpeg and pdf files, aerial photos, and maps is required.
The Graphic Designer should also be able to create and implement the Company’s online and social media presence (Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Experience with HTML, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, and other website design applications is desired. The ability to create software generated scaled line drawing floor plans for marketing materials is also required. Experience in designing and using templates for marketing materials; and, hands on experience with direct mail and email marketing campaigns is also required.
Strong creative skills along with a working knowledge of marketing and advertising design is a requirement of this position. You must also be highly organized, able to multi-task, and work quickly with a high degree of accuracy. You will work with the divergent personalities of a sales staff and need to achieve time deadlines.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in office position. We are not interested in part-time independent contractor work for this position.
