The Office Manager is responsible for on-site operations at the corporate offices. The Office Manager supports all departments to efficiently complete in-house tasks related to ordering, fulfillment, purchasing, and administration. The Office Manager will also be responsible for setting up and running our small drop-in retail shop.

Assist CEO with finding a new location for corporate offices and help coordinate the move and transition
Organize and set up the new corporate offices after move in
Receive deliveries sent to the corporate offices, including samples, supplies, etc.
Receive and prep small vendor product orders and send to 3PL for fulfillment
Order supplies for offices and remote workers, as needed
Send promotional products, as instructed by Marketing and Customer Care teams, including samples for influencers
Develop and maintain organizational system for new product samples
Prepare and send new products to photographer for marketing and website photos
Participate in New Product Development and attend weekly meetings
Participate and attend weekly Purchasing meetings
Monitor Marketing calendar to support Purchasing Department
Assist CEO with creating content for company Instagram
Scanning, filing, and other miscellaneous administrative tasks
Order staff lunches for meetings
Set up and run the small drop-in shop, including creating a beautiful and welcoming environment, and helping and checking out customers
