Role:
Construction Sales & Business Development Executive (with Project Management Oversight)
What You’ll Do:
Phase 1: Project Management-Type Role (6-12 months)
Own project execution.
Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are non-negotiable.
Build critical relationships with clients and internal teams—your network is your power.
Get hands-on with every aspect of our projects to build impeccable knowledge for later sales dominance.
Phase 2: Estimating & Pre-Sales Support (6 months - 1 year)
Master estimating. Assist with pricing and bids that ensure accuracy and maximize profitability.
Transition into pre-sales: assist in client meetings, build proposals, and help close deals.
Phase 3: Full Sales Role (1 year+)
Drive over $4M in sales in your first year. That’s the bare minimum.
Leverage your deep knowledge of operations, estimating, and project management to close high-value deals.
Own your sales pipeline. Cultivate relationships with affluent clients, developers, and architects to drive the company’s growth.
What You Need to Succeed:
Documented Proof of Success: Bring your track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals in high-end residential or similar industries. Mediocrity will not be tolerated.
No Hand-Holding:
You must adapt quickly or you’re out.
You will be expected to perform at a high level with minimal direction.
Relentless Drive for Results:
This is a commission-only role after the PM phase.
Your income is directly tied to your performance.

What You’ll Get:
Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
Base Salary: For the Project Management phase (6-12 months), you will earn a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000. This ensures financial stability while you ramp up and learn our operations.
Commission-Based Pay:
Once you transition to full sales mode, you will be compensated 100% on commission, with uncapped earnings.
