Customer engagement in a flooring supply company. Customer interaction. Customer file creation and follow through. Appointment scheduling. Continuous client file documentation and execution. Diligent focus on customer service. Regular reviewing of emails from clients and vendors. Product ordering. Ability to use Quickbooks for all aspects of client/vendor/payment processing. Reliable and consistent communication with vendors/clients/installers and company staff.
Currently in Morgan Hill. Opening a new location in Gilroy.
