Fencing Manufacturer & Distribution Company is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative reporting to the Branch Manager, at our San Jose, CA office. This is an hourly based position, with no commission. No remote work available for this position, must be available to work In-Person at the office.
Job Duties:
Communicate with customers by phone and email, giving prompt and courteous service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work with team members and clients on material scheduling.
Skills/Qualifications
Sales experience in the fencing industry or related manufacturing preferred.
Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Knowledgeable with product specification preferred.
Must be experienced using a PC and MS Office products (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc).
Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
Must be organized, detail oriented and dependable.
High school diploma or equivalent required, AA degree or higher preferred.
Customer service experience including following through to customer to ensure satisfaction.
