We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects to achieve targeted sales of the company’s products and services. The person we hire will be responsible for generating leads and meeting targeted sales goals. My duties will include converting sales leads into prospective client lists, making cold calls, and making virtual sales presentations to prospective customers to achieve a targeted monthly number of successful product sales. This is a Full time, In-office position.
The Sales Representative Position will also work under close supervision and respond to routine inbound phone calls, emails, and electronic requests to assist as front-line support for product and/or service requests. This may include technical support, data entry, answering questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and providing information on behalf of the company. You should be able to demonstrate practical communication skills and have the empathy to build rapport with clients. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve excellent customer service and continually meet or exceed sales quotas. You must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls daily, making virtual presentations of company products and services to prospective clients, and closing sales on a weekly/ monthly basis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to empathize and build rapport with prospective customers are essential. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills are crucial to achieving your targeted sales.
Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Generating leads and converting them to prospective clients list.
- Understand our products well and pitch them to specific major clients. You’ll need to bring out the benefits of our products and be comfortable presenting them to senior execs.
- Experiment with social channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive sales and revenue.
- Closing contracts with prospective clients, including preparing sales contracts for orders.
- Preparing a monthly report to the General Manager / Sales Manager
- Creating and making virtual sales presentations to prospective clients
- Reporting to and coordinating sales efforts with the Sales Manager
- Maintaining client records and supplying management with reports on customer needs and problems
- Able to assist with management and reviews of business contracts of the company.
- Able to navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with our clients. Having experience working with computers or technical support is a plus.

- Salary & Benefits 50k base plus generous commissions
