Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team on a commission-based basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to our growth. As this position is unpaid, there is extreme flexibility in the working hours, locations, and sales tactics. Purfresh Clean is looking for someone with novel sales tactics and ideas they bring to the table to make this opportunity their own vision and career, not just the companies.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals, marketing, email, etc.).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or technology industry and with new products in the market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Experience selling and negotiating large contracts with national brands or distributors is a plus

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position. We want a team member to join the founding team with as much passion as they have. You will earn a percentage of the sales you generate, providing you with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. Specific commission rates and details will be discussed during the interview process. Upon meeting sales goals, there is also the opportunity for performance bonuses. There is an opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance after 6 months.

Commission will start at 20% of gross NEW revenue up to $250K in compensation.
