During last 20 years Six Sigma Construction have been involved in the construction of custom homes across SF Bay Area. We are expanding our team and are looking for an individual with the extraordinary organizational skills to manage end-to-end construction projects.
Ideal candidate must:
Have at least 15 years of experience in the construction industry
Be familiar with all aspects of construction, including foundation, framing, rough trades, finish trades
Be familiar with the building codes and be able to read and understand architectural plans
Have good communication skills and ability to multi-task
Primary responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end construction to deliver projects on time and within budget
Scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors
Scheduling and running city inspections
Coordinating with project managers
Coordinating with architects and engineers
Managing bids
Job walks with customers
