Lanz Cabinets is hiring for a Field Office Manager to help coordinate and facilitate installation projects in the Bay Area and managing the branch budget. Company vehicle, tools, cell phone and computer provided. This position is a full-time, exempt position.
The Branch Manager is responsible for coordinating jobsite deliveries and offload logistics, managing jobsite labor in order to meet the cabinet installation schedule, effectively communicating issues and challenges with clients and the Director of Field Operations, effectively implementing Lanz standards on all jobsites. Some travel is required.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of cabinet installation experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with leadership and employees.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs.
Analytical and observational skills, able to fulfill expectations for this leadership position.
