Our project runners are responsible for assisting and overseeing Projects from beginning to end. We make sure to adhere to the intended scope and perform all that is needed within a timely manner while meeting specifications put forward by manufacturers and City building departments. In this position, you will be involved in the planning phase for projects, direction through the progress of the project, customer satisfaction, and overseeing the final outcome.

Job schedule:
Monday- Friday 9 am-5 pm (hourscan range)
We are looking for Someone who is located in the San Rafael Area but our main office and Interview will be located at:

Job Description:
- Manage one or more projects ranging in complexity, and maintaining the limitations of the scope and time spent on this.
- Assisting in the Coordination of Approved Projects. Entering the information for such and learning to read Contracts, as well as documenting the process of these. Including coordinating the activities of project team members.
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of Change Orders.
- Assisting in customer billing along with office personnel.
- Ensuring project objectives are met, and confirming this is documented.
- Work closely with the management team of the company, in order to achieve optimal productivity. And assist between the communication from field to the office and sales team.
Our Desired Candidate:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry or project management
- Is proficient with technology and is capable of using different computer programs to track project progress.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service.
- Is responsible, self-motivated and able to take initiative. We are excited to see you grow!
- Can effectively manage stressful situations and adapt to a quickly changing industry.
- Has his own Vehicle, you will need to drive between Projects.
- Has a Good attitude, we are happy to have you here, and we hope you are happy to be here too!
