Overview

If your a residential service technician and you want to learn commercial we will train you! We are seeking a skilled Apprentice and Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will work closely with clients to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions. Installers not need to reply this is a service position Our service team stays busy year around.

Duties

We have a position to match your skill set.

Repair, maintain, HVAC systems including boilers and refrigeration units roof top package equipment 2 to 75 tons.

Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.

Collaborate with design teams to ensure HVAC systems meet specifications and client requirements.

Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.

Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Adhere to safety protocols while working with hazardous materials such as ammonia in refrigeration systems.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC Technician role in the HVAC mechanical field.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Familiarity with welding, and HVAC refrigeration systems.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools including Ohmmeters for electrical testing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

EPA certifications Type I, II, III, and Universal certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
