Description of role:
We are looking for a strong Service HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently, is a team player, and can interact well with customers. Hydronic and Plumbing training is available if you are proficient in HVAC. If you are an HVAC Technician with great problem-solving abilities and want to be challenged while advancing your career - come join us! Salary: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour + Commission + Signing Bonus
$1,000 cash bonus after three months with the company and additional $1,000 cash if you are here after one year.

Responsibilities:
HVAC heating and cooling on demand service calls
Performing routine maintenance
This is a goal-oriented, revenue generating position
Communicating with clients and customers
Producing invoices, estimates, and following up on estimates
Responsible for the restocking of your service truck
Requirements:
3+ years of Residential HVAC experience
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA Certificate required
NATE Cert preferred
Must be able to work independently, present estimates to customers, present final invoices and collect payment at the time of service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift 75lbs or more on an occasional/daily basis
