Job title: Project Leader / Carpenter
Employment type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 4:30
Duties: You will manage the projects assigned to you. Scheduling and managing sub-contractors, verifying the correct materials are on site at the proper times. You will interface with the client at meetings from beginning to end. There will be some Light Framing and Finish carpentry. A minimum of 2 Electronic reports are required each day. One to the Construction Manager, and 1 to the client of each job you are managing.
This position requires 70% carpentry, and 30% management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
CLEAN Driving record, no tickets within the last 5 years.
High comfort level on Electronic devices, PC, Tablet, Smart phone
A full understanding of the construction sequence for kitchen and bath projects
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines with a mind toward protecting joh profits
Able to interface with our clients in a professional and courteous manner
Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Must maintain a professional appearance
Be a hard working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs
Ability to complete required paperwork correctly
A Strong sense of urgency
