Ralston Management Group, an established, full service Real Estate Investment and Management firm, is currently searching for a Janitorial Tech / Resident Manager, individual or team. This is a full time hourly position eligible for overtime.

As onsite manager you will represent the management team conducting apartment showings, responding to tenant communications, delivering notices and handling vendor access. Performing regular property walks to ensure safety and security and reporting maintenance issues to management as they arise. This is a job that can happen anytime of the day, emergency leaks and lockouts happen and we need to provide a professional response whenever the task arises.
Utilizing a company provided vehicle to travel to our entire Bay Area portfolio for routine common area cleanings, one time turnover cleanings, emergency cleanups and other cleaning projects as directed. Light maintenance painting etc may come up as well. Yearly cleanup projects including utilizing a truck mounted pressure washer for grounds and building cleanups. We are looking for a hawk eyed, detail oriented person that finds all the crumbs and paint splatters and details these apartments & buildings to a white glove level.
Qualifications:
Basic mathematical skills with fluency in reading, writing and communication in English,
Must possess valid California driver’s license, and ability to drive a variety of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Previous experience as a Resident Manager strongly preferred,
Knowledge of Janitorial Equipment Carpet Cleaners Ozone Generators Power Washers etc,
Ability to use a smartphone to respond to inquires via text or telephone and take pictures as required
