Primal House is a family-owned restaurant, marketplace, butcher shop, and brewery in Paso Robles. We will have three food outlets fed by the same kitchen, all with high-quality dishes on different menus. Our food will showcase the in-house butchery program, seasonal local produce, and classical cooking techniques. We are seeking line cooks with some fine dining experience who want to step up and work on menu integration. Job duties will include prep and service-time cooking of all our menu items, inventory levels for daily ordering, and menu testing. You will also be responsible to keep your station clean during prep/service and for breakdown/deep clean after service.

Starting wages will be based on previous experience. We are looking for both full-time and part-time positions. Upon application, specific hours can be discussed.
