Hiring Kitchen Manager for restaurant in Arroyo Grande. Looking for someone to join a hardworking and close knit team. Applicants must be self motivated, positive, hard working, professional, and honest. A passion for service and cooking is a must. The Kitchen Manager is expected to have a firm grasp on cooking techniques, ordering, and inventory control. This is a hands-on cooking and managing position, where as a leader you'll collaborate with the chef in creating a positive culture built around serving quality food.
Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:
leadership skills, assisting with ordering, assisting with inventory, staff training, team management / communication, ability to multitask, a firm grasp on proper sanitation, and most importantly, maintaining standards. Ability to communicate in Spanish and English is preferred, but not required.
