Hotel seeking a Front office Manager. As a FOM, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the hotel and providing support to the General Manager. Your duties will include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff
- Answer staff questions, or cover shifts when needed
- Ensuring high-quality guest services and satisfaction
- Training, implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
- Monitoring financial performance
- Conducting regular room inspections to maintain quality standards
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize operations and provide additional support where/when needed
- Resolving guest complaints and ensuring prompt resolution
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for hotel employees
-Any other task as needed to best serve the hotel and its guests
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with night audit processes and guest service best practices
-Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional night audit fill in as needed.
