Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lunch Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work lunch shifts weekdays and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
