What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in AP/AR or bookkeeping (1+ years preferred)
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
What You’ll Do:
Process invoices, credit memos, and payments (AP)
Generate and send customer invoices, track payments (AR)
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
Answer phones, greet visitors, and support day-to-day office operations
