Temporary Office Admin/Accounts Payable position , 2-4 months, with the possibility of continued hours available
Expected schedule, Monday-Thursday, 8am-2pm.
This position works in conjunction with an outside accounting consultant and will report to both the company administration as well as the consultant.
QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred
English language proficiency required, Spanish language proficiency preferred
Strong background in bookkeeping/accounting field preferred
Team player, flexible, responsible, honest, self-motivated, calm under pressure
Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable - post, balance, process accounts payable as instructed
Payroll Prep
Assist with completion of new hire process, including DMV reporting for drivers
Post timecard corrections
General accounting
Post and reconcile credit card charges
Maintain physical AP files
Maintain vehicle files, updating registrations, insurance, inventory lists
Maintain subcontractor information: W9, certificates of insurance, etc.
General office
Supply inventory maintenance
General reception
