Part Time Office Assistant needed for small civil law firm. Prior law office experience a plus but not required. Hours will vary, depending on workflow. From 8 - 15 hours per week. Potential to increase as business increases. However, no guarantee of hours so position is better for someone with other part-time work.
REQUIRED:
Live in or near Arroyo Grande, CA with flexibility in number of hours worked per week
Prior experience in an administrative/assistant role in an office setting
Self starter who can work independently
Excellent organizational skills and proficient PC tech skills
Cheerful presence and people skills
Ability to closely follow directions and learn new tasks working remotely at times
Ability to respect client confidentiality
Strong references
PREFERRED - Experience using MS Word, Outlook & Excel programs; also, Quicken or QuickBooks
