Part Time Receptionist / Customer service rep at Construction office
Team player, responsible for assisting other office staff as well as organizing, maintaining and completing assigned tasks. This is a part time position(2-3 days a week) with potential of full time in the future.
Applicant should possess the minimum qualifications:
-great communicator
-strong organization skills / quick learner
-good with computers
-ability to handle a variety of tasks and is a great multitasker
-must be detail oriented
-reliable
-prior office experience preferred.
-ability to lift 25+lbs
This person will be responsible for following tasks but not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Scheduling Appointments
-Keeping office clean and tidy
-Filing
-Assisting other office staff with a variety of tasks
