Position Description:
Working within the REWS team, the Portfolio Administrator plays a critical role in the processing and maintaining Alphabet's leases and real estate purchases globally. The Portfolio Administrator must: be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple cross functional partners, work efficiently under process in a fast-paced environment, be able to take on a variety as they arise, drive processes and standards in order to ensure data accuracy and program efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Execute on day to day lease administration processes, which includes review of the lease or purchase documents, abstraction into the lease database to ensure data accuracy, and review payments
Communicate and respond to requests from internal and external parties and resolve escalations in a timely manner
Advise internal business groups on the processes, policies, and procedures on our process for administering leases globally
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years work experience / expertise in real estate, lease administration, finance, legal or a related field Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and drive complex operational initiatives to resolution Strong communication skills and attention to detail Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in drafting or administrating real estate leases
