The Program Manager – Baseline Change Manager will support the management and contractual day to day activities of the program under the supervision of the program manager or program director. This Program Manager – Baseline Change Manager scope of work includes various contract management activities and facilitates program execution. Tasks may include planning, tracking, and managing contractual correspondence, baseline change management, documentation, proposal approvals, negotiations, deliverables, and cash collection. It may also include support for proposal development and collaboration with procurement for material orders and expediting in support of delivery execution. This role reports to the Customer Business Team Director. Key Responsibilities
Manage customer driven changes
Review Purchase Orders, ensure accurate and timely Sales Order creation and drive compliance with order acceptance timing requirements
Support contractual actions in LEAP
Support Program Reviews
Negotiation support, Fee assertion
Intra-company work efforts
Customer monthly funds status reporting
Risk and opportunity management
EAC / EVMS variance analysis
Coordination with HON Law & Contracts for terms review, approvals, and ad hoc L&C inputs as required
Manage SDRLS/CDRLS creation and submission
Drive BOM-level LOB verifications to drive material procurement for on-time delivery
Manage quality and delivery documentation to facilitate delivery (e.g. TVAs, MRBs, CofCs, etc)
Drive IPDS process compliance
Manage execution of Action Registers
Support capacity analyses
Execute the Management Operating System and support/host Customer telecons

For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $136,000 - $165,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. 5 years of Government Contract, Program Management Experience, or Integrated Supply Chain roles
Extensive experience with FAR 12 / FAR 15 efforts.
