The Coordinator, Development & Current will provide administrative support to multiple executives who oversee the content for VERSANT’s unscripted content, which includes lifestyle and true crime programming for Oxygen, USA, E! and Syfy. This individual will serve as a department liaison by communicating with internal divisions, as well as with the external business and creative community.Responsibilities:Manage phones, calendar, and contacts for executivesManage expenses and coordinate travelMaintain current/development and production grids, schedule and log incoming pitches and maintain tracking of story pitches/true crime case filesTrack internal documents (i.e. status of series and specials, pre-production through premiere)Complete other creative and administrative duties as assignedInterface with creative executives, agents, producers and talent on a regular basis, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service
