The Coordinator, Talent & Casting will report to the SVP, Casting & Talent for NBCUniversal’s Entertainment division and will support talent elements for NBC, Peacock, and Bravo programming.Responsibilities:Support SVP in Unscripted & Scripted Talent efforts for the Universal Television Entertainment GroupManage heavy phones, meetings, and calendars, coordinating travel and expensesSupport day-to-day operations, including tracking the status of projects across the company while collaborating with cross-functional teamsMaintain various department gridsOperate conference room systems and remote VC applications to share materials during meetingsCreate Talent presentations, utilizing researched photo and video assetsDevelop relationships with Talent and their representatives, always ensuring professionalism and great customer serviceComplete other casting and administrative duties as assigned
