You will also be responsible to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements Bachelor's in Engineering 2 to 10 years of experience in RF Engineering Excellent customer service skills (experience in a customer service is an asset) Passionate about new technology and telecommunications industry Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishResponsibilities Provide RF and Wi-Fi technical support to customers’ requests by phone, chat and email Document support requests using the case tracking system (Salesforce.com) Escalate support requests to product/development team and log issues/feature requests in our bug tracking system Creation/modeling of RF components for iBwave components database Maintain a high level of customer satisfactionThis position does not support immigration sponsorship.The range for this position is $82,468.00 - $113,394.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
