Selvin's, our new restaurant and craft bar is looking for Bartenders and Barbacks. Training is planned to start within the next three weeks.
Qualifications:
RBS Certified
Genuine approach in the care and thoughtfulness in all areas of hospitality and service for employees and guests.
Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival and/or while moving through the bar. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with drink recipes and guest expectations
Remain fully knowledgeable of all menu offerings, acceptable modifications, allergy protocols, and any other information needed to maintain guest satisfaction and safety
Practice responsible alcoholic beverage service (including age verification) and report any issues to management
Record orders into the POS accurately and immediately after having received them
Maintain cash drawers and transactions accurately.
Efficient with use of Jiggers.
Basic understanding of Spirits, Amaros, Liqueurs and their flavor profiles.
Accurately follow prep recipes.
