Seeking CA Bar licensee in good standing who can communicate with clients and opposing counsel; draft correspondence, prepare PDD’s and FDD’s, draft and prepare RFOs re: custody, child support, spousal support, attorney’s fees, etc., including client declarations; correspond with clients and opposing counsel as appropriate; prepare OAHs, propound and respond to discovery, draft Motions to Compel, prepare Stipulated Judgments; assist in trial preparation — i.e., draft witness, exhibit lists, and trial briefs.
Salary depends on experience.
