Office Manager - Construction Company

OFFICE MANAGER

Seeking part-time (3 to 4 days per week, 24 to 32 hours) office manager for a fast-paced General Contracting Construction Office. Must have prior construction office manager experience. Daily duties will consist of answering phones, responding to emails, communicating with and assisting principal, accounting department, field personnel, clients and suppliers.

The ideal candidate is a positive, high-energy individual with excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively multi-task while ensuring that projects are completed thoroughly and accurately.

Position Requirements:

Experience with Quickbooks Contractor Edition

Ability to assist accounting department with A/P, A/R, invoicing, account reconciliation, and basic bookkeeping

Familiarity with construction releases, preliminary liens, insurance certificates

Good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
