Description National law firm is seeking a talented associate attorney to join our dynamic California practice group. You will play a vital role in managing a diverse caseload, contributing to a fast-paced environment where teamwork and excellence are paramount.Responsibilities:
Manage and independently handle local and national cases.
Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for both depositions and trial.
Analyze discovery requests, draft responses and pleadings, and prepare court filings.
Assist with trial preparation and provide comprehensive support.
Maintain accurate and detailed time records.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in asbestos/toxic tort litigation.
Proven experience with motion practice and depositions, including leading plaintiff and expert depositions.
Strong ability to work independently, efficiently, and with meticulous attention to detail.
Superior research and writing skills.
Excellent multitasking and complex case analysis abilities.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
California Bar admission.
